Romania's FM resigns amid diaspora voting problems

BUCHAREST, Nov. 10 (Xinhua) -- Romanian Foreign Minister Titus Corlatean Monday announced his resignation after being blamed for organizational impairments regarding the electoral process in the polling stations abroad in the first round of presidential elections on Nov. 2.

According to local media, a large number of Romanians overseas failed to cast their vote due to the shortage of polling stations abroad.
