Granting mortgage loans in Romania might be suspended

Commercial banks in Romania might suspend allowing long-term loans in the near future because of the risk and because of the slower growth of the real estates market, Ziare.com reports, citing Unicredit experts in Romania. The bank hopes that bank loans in 2009 will register a decrease because of the crisis of liquidity in global plan.
