Bucharest. Romania’s President Traian Basescu will hold talks on Monday with parliamentary factions, Mediafax reported. The talks will focus on the political situation in the country after the referendum on May 19, which rejected the President’s impeachment. Representatives of the Social Democratic Party, National Liberal Party, Democratic Party, Group of National Minorities, Democratic Union of Hungarians in Romania and the Conservative Party will take part in the talks. The only one party that has refused to join the talks is the nationalist Great Romania party.
